Mr. Ho is currently a Vice President on the investment team at Covington Capital Corporation. He currently serves as a director or observer on several companies’ boards, including AppZero Software Corp., Axela Inc., Active Exhaust Corp., and Legitmix Inc. Prior to Covington, Mr. Ho was a Director with VenGrowth Private Equity Partners Inc., with a focus on mezzanine investments and buy-outs. Mr. Ho has also worked in mergers & acquisitions at Wolseley plc. and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services group.
Mr. Ho holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree (with distinction), and a Master of Accounting degree. As well, he is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
