Axela's dotLab™ Sensors incorporate a flow-based design for the detection of protein interactions and other biomolecular binding events . The real-time data generated provides significantly more information that traditional methodologies such as ELISA and eliminates extrapolation from end-point results. These disposable sensors are also ideal for experiments that would be incompatible with SPR-based systems.
- Capture and detect proteins directly in complex biological samples
- Limited or no sample preparation required
- Low-volume sensors use only microliters of sample
Several optimized binding surfaces are available to address a broad range of applications: |
Avidin Kit
Immobilized avidin groups on the sensor surface are used for high-affinity
immobilization of biotinylated capture molecules, such as biotinylated
antibodies. The avidin surface is suitable for immunoassays and
biomolecular interaction studies.
Avidin Kit with Protein G
Protein G selectively binds to the Fc region of human and rabbit immunoglobulin
molecules, enabling oriented immobilization of human and rabbit antibodies
on the dotLab™ Sensor surface. The Protein G surface is suitable for antibody
characterization studies and immunoassay applications.
Avidin Kit with Goat Anti-Mouse-Fc (GAM-Fc)
GAM-Fc efficiently binds to the Fc region of mouse antibodies, enabling
oriented immobilization of mouse antibodies on the dotLab™ Sensor surface.
The GAM-Fc surface is suitable for antibody characterization studies and
immunoassay applications.
